These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Montologies Home at home.montologies.com. By using Montologies, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Montologies is a family and household organization service that may include shared calendars, recipes, meal planning, grocery lists, household tasks, rewards, wall/tablet display features, and integrations with third-party services.
2. Accounts and households
You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity performed through your account. Montologies supports separate households, and household information is intended to remain isolated from unrelated households.
Household owners or adults may manage household settings, invitations, tasks, rewards, integrations, and other household features.
3. Google Calendar integration
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Montologies to use the Google permissions presented during the consent process for the calendar features you choose to use. You are responsible for selecting the calendars you want Montologies to access or manage.
You may disconnect or revoke Google access at any time.
4. AI and third-party integrations
Some features may use third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, Azure, or OpenAI. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
AI-generated or AI-extracted recipe information may contain errors. You should review imported recipe content before relying on it, especially ingredient quantities, cooking temperatures, allergy information, and food-safety instructions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Montologies to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access to another household, misuse another person’s credentials, or use the service in a manner that violates applicable law.
6. Availability and changes
Montologies may change, add, remove, or temporarily interrupt features. We may update integrations when third-party APIs, authentication requirements, or service capabilities change.
7. No warranty
Montologies is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Montologies and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
